TECHNOLOGY FEATURES COMPARISON

Lincoln packs the 2023 Aviator with the latest technology offerings as standard, providing occupants maximum entertainment and connectivity during every drive inside its cabin. Those standard technology offerings include a wireless charging pad, 360-degree camera, 10.1-inch touchscreen, SiriusXM radio, voice-activated navigation, 14-speaker Revel audio system, and Lincoln Connect 4G LTE embedded modem with Wi-Fi hotspot.

Acura equips the 2023 MDX with a 12.3-inch infotainment display, but it's not touch-operated, leaving passengers having to utilize the True Touchpad Interface to navigate the interface. ENGINE PERFORMANCE & SPECIFICATIONS COMPARISON

The 2023 Aviator has two engine options, providing varying performance levels. However, the standard powertrain of the new Aviator is a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine that produces a healthy output of 400 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque. A ten-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel-drive drivetrain support the high output of this SUV, putting the power down to the wheels smoothly and confidently. Although the standard powertrain is powerful enough for most drivers, those seeking more can opt for the 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged Grand Touring Hybrid engine that cranks out an impressive 494 horsepower and 630 lb-ft of torque.

On the other hand, the 2023 MDX has a 3.5-litre V6 engine as its standard engine option, but it only manages to put out 290 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque. Pairing with the MDX's standard engine is a ten-speed automatic transmission tethered to a Super Handling all-wheel-drive drivetrain, comparable to the standard offerings of the Aviator. Opting for the MDX Type S swaps the standard engine for a 3.0-litre turbocharged V6 engine with 355 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque, which is still lower output than the standard engine of the Lincoln Aviator.
