OVERVIEW OF THE LINCOLN ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Lincoln's roadside Assistance comes from three primary services, Emergency Lock-out Service, Coverage or warranty and Travel planning. Each Lincoln Roadside Assistance has been created to help ensure peace of mind and convenience no matter where you travel with 24 hours and 365 days a year service.
Lincolns Roadside Assistance program is separate from the New Vehicle Limited Warranty; being eligible starts from the original warranty start date and can last the vehicle's life for the original owner. Any subsequent owners receive powertrain warranty coverage concurrent with 110,000 kilometres or six years. Any Roadside services will be provided to the driver of the registered Lincoln vehicle.
EMERGENCY LOOK-OUT SERVICE
When your ignition key is either broken, lost or accidentally locked inside your vehicle, emergency lock-out service is when your ignition key is broken. Lincoln Roadside Assistance will come and help. If unavoidable circumstances require you to use an independent lock-out service, we may reimburse you up to $100.00.
Should your Lincoln become disabled due to Collison or mechanical breakdown? At the same time, you are more than 160 kilometres from your residence; we may reimburse you up to $1000 in total for the following reasonable emergency expense (When Not covered by insurance):
- Local lodging and Meals
- Covered Expenses
- Vehicle Rentals from Bonafide Renal agencies (excluding gas expense)
- Commercial transportation to your vehicle disablement up to three days total or the time at which it takes your vehicle to be repaired.

This no-charge service includes easy-to-follow maps and highlighted travel planners specific to your route and destination, driving information and other valuable materials to make your trip easier. Please allow Lincoln up to two weeks for delivery of Travel Planning.
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
You must file a claim no more than twenty days after the occurrence to receive a tow service and emergency road reimbursement or an emergency travel expense reimbursement.
Please fill out the Claim Form and send it to the address below.
Complete the Customer Claim Form by including all original receipts and details of the event. The form will facilitate prompt handing and reimbursement of your claim. Contact your Lincoln Special Adviser.
